Learned counsel for the parties state that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre the inter se disputes have been amicable resolved and the terms of settlement have been reduced into writing and recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026. 2.

The terms of settlement are recorded in para (i) to para (xvii) of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.01.2026.

All the compliances are stated to be complete. 4.

The Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026 alongwith all its annexures appended thereto are taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of para (i) to (xvii) of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026.

6.

The Court Fee shall be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with the Court Fees (Delhi Amendment) Act, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2026 upon completion of all the formalities as per Rules. 7.
