The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to take action against the illegal and unauthorized construction carried out by respondent no. 5 at Kishangarh, Vasant Kunj, in Khasra No. 1169, situated in Revenue Estate of Village Kishangarh area, Delhi, without obtaining a Sanctioned Building Plan.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel for the MCD has handed over certain documents with respect to issuance of Demolition Order against the unauthorized construction in the property in question, and the action already taken by the MCD pursuant thereto. 3.

The aforesaid documents are taken on record.

Order in the present case was issued on 13th June, 2025. Pursuant thereto, demolition action has already been taken on 11th July, 2025.

This Court has perused the photograph as handed over to this Court. 6.

Perusal of the documents supplied by learned counsel for the respondent-MCD clearly shows that action has already been taken by the MCD.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unauthorized construction is still being carried out in the property in question.

If that be the case, the MCD is directed to ensure that no further unauthorized construction takes place in the property in question. Requisite action shall be taken by the MCD with assistance from the local Police. 9.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any non-action on the part of the MCD, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF"), as constituted by the Supreme Court, in terms of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Devender Versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors., in W.P.(C) 1807/2018 and Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors. in W.P.(C) 4649/2017.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
