The present petition under Section 2(b)/10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Pass an order initiating Contempt proceedings against all the respondents for willful breach of status quo orders dated 05.03.2024, 24.04.2024 and 28.05.2024, directing status quo to be maintained qua assets of the Respondents 1 to 4 committing continuous breach and hence, deserve to be awarded maximum sentence. b) Pass the appropriate directions to furnish all records pertaining to handing over the project and financial assistance taken by the developers/contemnors/respondents to satisfy the old existing liabilities, despite, petitioners claims are yet to be settled, in order to deter any attempts for further misappropriation of public funds taken in the garb of satisfying old liabilities and other malicious acts. c) Pass any other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
