This application is filed by the Petitioner seeking condonation of delay of 27 days in re-filing the present petition. 4.

This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking O.M.P. extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 7.

It is stated in the petition that on 15.01.2025, learned Arbitrator directed the parties to send written final arguments after which the Arbitrator developed an eye problem because of which further proceedings could not take place. The Arbitrator has now requested to seek extension by two months from today so that proceedings can be concluded and award can be pronounced, since the mandate has expired on 13.04.2025. 8.

Issue notice.

Ms. Garima Jaiswal, Authorized Representative enters appearance on behalf of the Respondent and submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of two months from 28.08.2025 and period between 14.04.2025 to 27.08.2025 is regularized. 11.
