Learned counsel for the appellants on instructions has stated that this appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. However, he prays that time granted for taking a decision, as to whether certain documents sought by the respondent is to be provided to him, may be extended till 30.09.2025. 3.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications with a direction that the appellants shall take the decision as above by 30.09.2025.
