Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of CC No.30529/2018 and to challenge Summoning Order dated 01.02.2019. 4.

It is Summoning Order dated 01.02.2019, which has been challenged in present Petition in the August, 2025, for which there is alternate efficacious remedy available to the Petitioner to challenge the same by way of Petition.

With the aforesaid observations, Petition and pending Applications are disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
