% 27.11.2017 After some hearing, the petitioners' counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition as the petitioner would like to take all the objections in the written statement, including on the question of locus standi of the first respondent (plaintiff of the suit in question) as also to the maintainability of the civil suit, particularly after the cessation of the employment of the first respondent on attaining the age of superannuation from the service of Airport Authority of India.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.

The pending application does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
