After some hearing, Mr. Gopal Jain, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. He states that the petitioner intends to make a representation to the respondents with respect to his grievance.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
It is clarified that if the petitioner wishes to make a representation, he is at liberty to so do, and the respondents may consider the same in the manner they deem appropriate. No directions are issued by this Court in this regard.
