The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 2726/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that this Court has already rejected a challenge to the same impugned order in W.P. (C) 1190/2024 which had been filed assailing the order passed in O.A. No. 2729/2019, which was allowed by the learned Tribunal alongwith O.A. 2726/2019.
