O R D E R

% 04.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No.199/2013 under Sections 468/471 /420/34 IPC registered at police station Shahdara on the complaint of respondent no. 2 and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Gaurav Chaudhary, P.S. Seema Puri. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners,

vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 13th February, 2017 (Annexre C), of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Petitioner no. 1 submits that he has already withdrawn the civil suit as mentioned in Annexure C.

A perusal of the FIR shows that petitioners and respondent no. 2 were having business relations. Disputes arose between them in respect of one transaction, which led to registration of the present FIR. Respondent no. 2 further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily and pursuant thereof a civil suit has already been withdrawn, in the interest of justice, FIR No.199/2013 under Sections 468/471/420/34 IPC registered at police station Shahdara and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
