The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent to remove the unauthorized construction in the property bearing No. 4178-4185, Pahari Dhiraj, Sadar Bazar, Delhi-110006. 2.

A Status Report dated 03rd September, 2025 has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), wherein, it is stated as follows: "xxx xxx xxx The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report clearly shows that the unauthorized construction in the property in question, has already been booked and a Show Cause Notice dated 28th August, 2025 has been issued. 4.

Further, a Work Stop Notice dated 01st September, 2025 has also been issued in this regard.

Accordingly, MCD is bound to take action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question, after following the due procedure, in accordance with law.
