The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of bail is listed for hearing before this Court on 12.12.2025. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application, with directions to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, keeping in view the mandate of Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Trial Court is directed to expeditiously conduct the trial, provided none of the parties concern seeks an unnecessary adjournment before it. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 3.
