Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that respondent no.2 has deposited Rs.6,46,848/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch along with TDS certificate for Rs.82,962/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch on 12th August, 2016.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to keep Rs.4,00,000/- in fixed deposit in the name of appellant no.1, Manju Gupta in the following manner:

The balance amount be released to appellants no.1, 2 and 3 in equal shares by transferring the same to their savings bank accounts.

Monthly interest on the FDRs of appellant no.1 shall be credited in her savings bank account.

5.

At the time of maturity, the fixed deposit amount shall be automatically credited in the savings bank account of the beneficiary. 6.

All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the photocopies of the same shall be provided to appellant no.1.

No cheque book or debit card be issued to the claimants/respondents without permission of the Court.

8.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

9.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch shall ensure that the savings bank account of appellant no.1 is individual account and not joint account. 10.

The TDS certificate be released by UCO Bank to appellant no.1. 11.

List for reporting compliance on 15th November, 2016. 12.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under signatures of Court Master.
