The order dated February 11, 2015 is clear.
No clarification is required. The order clearly shows that the petitioner agreed to deposit `2.25 crores.
It was further agreed that the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal before which the Original Application filed by the first respondent is pending shall consider all issues concerning correctness of the calculations of the dues payable by the petitioner and if final liability determined was less, learned Debts Recovery Tribunal would pass consequential directions W.P.(C) 1277/2015
and needless to state if the final liability was more the consequences would follow.
