This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 2, 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeks the following prayers:- "1) Hold the Respondent in contempt for willful disregard of the order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the Ld. Family Court in HMA 599/24 as well as disregarding the settlement deed dated 14.12.2023 filed alongwith the joint petition filed under section 13B (1) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which were exhibited before the Ld. Family Court, and he may be detained in civil prison on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case; and/or

2) Pass any such order that this Hon'ble court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of this case."

Respondent appears in person alongwith counsel and submits that the latter is willing to proceed with the settlement dated 14.12.2023 and accordingly sign the second motion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the necessary documents will be supplied to the respondent for her necessary signature and attestation within a period of one week, and the respondent, after duly executing the said documents, supply the same back to the petitioner for the purpose of filing in the concerned court.

The aforesaid statement of the respondent is taken on record. 6.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case of non-compliance of the undertaking given by the respondent.
