The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the interim bail for a period of four weeks, granted to her vide order dated 20.08.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail on the ground that her mother expired on 17.08.2025 and tehrvi ceremony is to be performed on 27.08.2025. 3.
Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the present application and submits that the interim bail was granted by the learned Trial Court solely on account of the demise of the petitioner's mother. 4.
Upon consideration, this Court finds that no fresh or sufficient grounds are made out for grant of extension of interim bail.
