On 24.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner had produced before us the result of the respondent and we found that the respondent has not qualified under the EWS category. The learned counsel for the respondent was, therefore, directed to seek instructions if there is anything that survives in the Impugned Order. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that in view of the respondent not qualifying, the respondent is not going to press for the enforcement of the Impugned Order.

In view of this development, we set aside the Impugned Order without going into the merits of the same and only observing that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
