Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled their disputes in the present appeal and the last payment in terms of the settlement shall be paid by the appellant to the respondent on 31.05.2026. 2.

Taking the submission made by the counsel for the parties on record, we dispose of the appeal at this stage.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks refund of the court fee as parties have settled their disputes during the pendency of the appeal. If that be so, the Registry shall refund 75% of the court fee as deposited by the appellant in this appeal.

The appeal is disposed of as settled.
