Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to waive the cost, which was imposed vide Order dated 17.12.2025.

It is submitted that the Applicant Tasleem is 29 years old fresh law graduate with no independent source of income. He is not in a present financial condition and is facing genuine hardship in arranging the aforesaid amount. ground of financial incapacity. Hence, a prayer is made that the cost of Rs.25,000/- be waived.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the inappropriateness in the submission of the earlier Application, emerged only on account of liability and the fresh enrolment of the Applicant and also because he was representing his own brother, who was the Complainant. He has been suitably counselled by him for more than two hours and assures on his behalf that such aberration shall not happen in the future and that he has learnt his lesson. It is assured that his conduct would not be questioned in future, on this account. 4.

Considering the submissions made, the cost of Rs.25,000/- imposed vide order dated 17.12.2025 is hereby waived. 5.
