Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for direction the Respondent to release the Petitioner on parole for four weeks.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State appears on advance Notice. 3.

It is submitted that Application for grant of parole dated 31.05.2025 was filed with dispatch No.2229, but the same has not been decided in the last three months.

Considering the contentions made in the Petition, it is directed that this Petition be placed before the concerned Authority, who shall consider this Petition as an Application for grant of parole and decide it within fifteen days.
