The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:
(i) Initiate Civil contempt proceedings against the Respondents for willful disobedience of the final order dated 07.08.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (Civil) No. 8450/2024; (ii) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice; and (iii) Award costs of this present litigation." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 07.08.2025 in W.P.(C) 8450/2024, the following order was passed: "1. Ms. Rudy, on instructions, submits that the certified copies of the proceedings of the Court of Enquiry would be provided to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, the grievance of the petitioner is assuaged. The writ petition is disposed of."

Learned counsel for respondents, on advance notice submits that on account of some communication gap, the documents could not be handed over. The copy of the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
