The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent No. 1 to execute the Recovery Certificate vide Ref. No. ECI/24/ND/22/789-792 dated 09.05.2024 and recover Rs. 3,30,674/- with 12% interest per annum from Respondent No. 2.
2. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to file a status report with details of actions taken and steps proposed in the execution of the said certificate;
3. Direct the Respondent No. 1 to submit the compliance report showing the compliance of the guidelines issued by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) 8096/2016 titled as 'Santosh Kumar Jha Vs. Deputy Labour Commissioner (South);
4. Impose exemplary costs on the respondents for delaying recovery proceedings;
5. Pass any other or further order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice." 3.
