O R D E R

% 28.03.2017 The counsel for the parties have indicated that a settlement has been arrived at.

A total sum of Rs.3.00 crores including interest by way of full and final settlement of all claims and all disputes between the parties would be paid by the appellant to the respondent. The said sum of Rs.3.00 crores would be paid in the following manner:- (i) Rs.1.5 crores on or before 30.04.2017;

(ii) Balance Rs.1.5 crores on or before 30.06.2017. It is also agreed that the Bank Guarantee No.13/90 dated 01.10.1990 for the sum of Rs.88,30,348/- shall be released by the appellant to the respondent within one week from today.

On behalf of the appellant, Mr S.N. Mudgal and on behalf of the

respondent, Mr Ram Lal Kukreja (partner of the respondent firm) are present. Both of them have been fully authorised by the appellant and the respondent respectively.
