No.9547/2017 (for clarification) This is an application filed by respondent no.2 seeking a clarification in the order dated 21.02.2017; submission is that the said order had noted that the third floor which is in occupation of respondent no.2 already stands demolished. Submission being that there are two buildings in this plot (A-13, Kailash Colony, New Delhi). The main building is in possession of respondent no.2 whereas the garage building is in possession of the petitioner. It is clarified that the third floor of the main building was/is in occupation/ownership of respondent no.2. No further orders are called for.

Application disposed of.
