The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to the respondents for production of corpus - Ms. 'R' before this Court.

On being queried, the Ms. 'R' submits that she has attained the age of 18 years in March, 2025 and got married on her own free will, and presently, she is residing with her husband. She further submits that she is not willing to go with her parents, as she wants to reside with her husband in the matrimonial home.

The learned counsel, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition before the appropriate forum.
