After hearing arguments for some time, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner, on instructions and without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petitions and submits that petitioner would file appropriate petitions under Section 47 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 challenging the order dated 14.08.2025 passed in EA/15/2025, EA/17/2025 and EA/16/2025.

He also submits that in the interregnum, petitioner may be permitted to appear through his counsel before the learned District Commission for tomorrow's date.

In view of the above, present petitions are disposed of as not pressed and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.

For tomorrow's date i.e. 29.08.2025, the petitioner would be permitted to appear through his counsel.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
