Both the parties are present in the Court with their respective Counsels.

The appellant present in the Court submits that she would not press this appeal if permanent alimony of Rs. 20 lakhs is granted to her. 3.

The respondent present in the Court along with his counsel agrees to pay Rs.20 lakhs as permanent alimony to the appellant. 4.

The respondent undertakes to pay Rs.20 lakhs to the appellant by transferring the same in Savings Account no. 90152010160708 with Syndicate Bank, Nanlgoi Branch with IFSC - SYNB0009015 within 30 days from today.

The said undertaking of respondent is accepted by the appellant. 6.

In view of the undertaking of the respondent, the appellant does not press his appeal.

This appeal is disposed of in terms of statements of the parties. The interim order is vacated.

The respondent shall remain bound by his undertaking given to this

Court.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that this is only case and no other case is pending between the parties.

10.

This Court appreciates the assistance rendered by the counsels in amicably resolving the matter between the parties. 11.

Both the parties shall sign the order-sheet before leaving the Court. 12.

Copy of this order be given dasti to both the learned counsels for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
