The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "(i) Pass an order issuing the contempt against the Respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of the judgment dated 11.08.2025 passed in W.P.(C)1l248/2025;
(ii) Pass any such orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned CGSC, who appears through video conferencing on behalf of the respondents and GP Capt. Lovneet Kaur, who appears in Court has handed up in Court a communication dated 16.09.2025 wherein, it has been recorded that the officer (the petitioner herein) is permitted to proceed on study leave. It is further recorded therein that the application to proceed on study leave iro ibid officer be forwarded through proper channel. The said communication is taken on record.

Lovneet Kaur, who is present in Court today, submitted that on receipt of an application on behalf of the petitioner, the official's relieving order will be processed and will be handed over to the petitioner during the course of the day. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the latter has already moved the concerned application to the respondent. 7.
