% 19.02.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.161/2011 under Sections 336/427/506/34 IPC registered at police station Defence Colony.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sushil Sanwaria of police station Defence Colony. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners vide Compromise Deed dated 6th December, 2016 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record wherein he has stated that he is not willing to pursue the FIR against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the

petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
