The medical report indicates that the applicant was though discharged from the Hospital on 02.09.2025, however, with drain in situ and was planned for follow up surgery (appendectomy) after two weeks as per medical advice.

The learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the surgery of the applicant is likely to take place on 18.09.2025 or 19.09.2025. He submits that the applicant would require at least one week thereafter for recovery.
