It is submitted that in terms of the agreement, as recorded in the order dated 6th July, 2015, parties have obtained a decree of divorce by mutual consent.
Learned counsels for the parties submit that this appeal has become infructuous and be disposed of accordingly. Parties shall remain bound by the decree of divorce by mutual consent. This appeal is disposed of as settled.
