% 27.02.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction purported to have been carried out in property bearing No.89A/2, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Contention is that an illegal third floor has also been constructed upon the property. On advance notice, learned counsel for SDMC has put in appearance. She has instructions from the Competent Authority to state that the property was inspected and no third floor constructions was found going on at the site. The illegal deviations from the ground floor, first floor and second floor have been booked on 24.01.2017. A work stop notice has also been issued on 31.01.2017. Submission is that all actions in accordance with law shall be completed and taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent no.1 is taken on
record. It is hoped and expected that this statement of respondent no.1 shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Assistance of respondent no.2/local SHO shall be obtained as and when required. Needless to state that all/any adverse orders against the private respondent shall be after due notice to him.
With this direction petition disposed of.
