This contempt petition has been preferred for alleged breach of order dated 05.01.2018 passed by this court in W.P.(C) No.91/2018. 2.
Having heard the learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the order
dated 05.01.2018 and also looking to the fact that W.P. (C) No.91/2018 has finally been disposed of vide order dated 25.09.2019 and also looking to the fact that North Delhi Municipal Corporation has already paid salary to the teachers upto September, 2019 and also looking to the fact that East Delhi Municipal Corporation is paying salary, to the teachers regularly, there is no wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.01.2018 passed by this court in W.P.(C) No.91/2018 by the respondents.
