% 08.04.2017 It is agreed between the parties that the appellant shall pay Rs.1,05,000/- over and above the amount already deposited by the appellant in terms of the order dated 27.04.2012 passed by this Court. Counsel for the appellant has no objection if after the payment of the sum of Rs.1,05,000/- in favour of the respondent TATA AIG Gen. Ins. Co., the deposited amount before this Court along with the accrued interest be released to the respondent TATA AIG Gen. Ins. Co.

The matter is settled in terms of the order. The appeal stands disposed of.
