Learned counsel, who was appointed by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee to appear for the plaintiff, submits that despite sending intimation to the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff, no one has contacted the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee for prosecuting the suit.
