seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months from 27.08.2025.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Contract dated 30.11.2015 in relation to work of design, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2x25 kv Electrification, Signalling and Telecommunication and associated works of double track of Railways lines under construction for Bhaupur to Khujra Section of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor, three-member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate the disputes. In O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 706/2025, mandate has expired on 27.08.2025 and award has been reserved, while in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 707/2025, arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and mandate has expired on 27.08.2025. 5.

Issue notice.

Mr. Udit Seth, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, in both the proceedings, is extended by a period of 06 months from 28.08.2025.

Petitions are allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
