The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of three (3) months. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents supports the case of the petitioner.

It is stated that vide order dated 3rd May, 2025, the learned Sole Arbitrator has reserved orders in the Award.

In view of the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of three (3) months from today. 5.

Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate had otherwise expired on 22nd August, 2025.

Accordingly, the period from the said date till today is also regularised.
