The present petition seeks quashing of the FIR No. 503/2022, registered at P.S. Geeta Colony, under Sections 186/332/353/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Counsel for the Petitioners acknowledges that chargesheet has now been filed and the matter is now to be heard on the point of charge. Accordingly, after making some submissions, she states that she would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds urged in the present petition before the Trial Court, at the time of arguments on charge. 3.
Counsel for the Petitioners requests that the Trial Court be directed to expeditiously hear the arguments on the charge. She further assures that the Petitioners will not seek any adjournments in this regard. In light of the foregoing, the leave and liberty as prayed for are granted. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open. The Trial Court shall now proceed to hear the augments on charge without further delay. 5.
In case the Petitioners wish to explore the possibility of mediation, they may submit a request to the Trial Court, which will consider it after providing an opportunity for the Complainant and pass appropriate directions accordingly.

In the event, the order of charge is against the Petitioners, they shall be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
