After hearing arguments for some time, the present petition is disposed of with direction to plaintiff to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking waiver/reduction of cost and, as and when, any such application be moved, the learned Trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the sides. 3.
