Ms. M, who is present in person before this Court, upon being queried, submits that she is presently residing with her mother at her parental home out of her own volition, and that she is not at present willing to return to her matrimonial home to reside with the petitioner. 5.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by Ms. M, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of.

In light of the above, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition.
