By way of the present bail application, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.333/2024 registered under Sections 118 (2)/326 BNS at P.S. New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.

It is the case of the prosecution the present applicant has inflicted injury on his own father and that the injury has been opined to be grievous in nature. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the commission of offence in the present case is purely accidental. Learned counsel submits that the complainant (father of applicant) in the said case is present in Court and states that he has no objection to the grant of bail to applicant. He also states that the applicant's marriage has been fixed for 23.11.2024.

Learned APP for the State submits that the complainant in the present case, who is present in Court, has been identified by the IO. He also submits that the charge-sheet in the present case has been filed. 4.
Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, it is directed that the applicant be released on regular bail subject to his The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/Duty JMFC/Link JMFC/concerned Trial Court and subject to the following further conditions :- i) The applicant shall provide his mobile number to the Investigating Officer on which he will remain available during the pendency of the trial. ii) In case of change of residential address or contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer as well as to the concerned Court.
iii) The applicant shall not directly/indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence. iv) The applicant shall regularly appear before the concerned Court during the pendency of the trial.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
Copy of the order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically for information. 7.
Copy of the order be uploaded on the website forthwith. 8.
Needless to state that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and have made the observations only with regard to present bail applicant and nothing observed hereinabove shall amount to an expression on the merits of the case and shall not have a bearing on the trial of the case as the same has been expressed only for the purpose of the disposal of the present bail application.
