BAIL APPLN. 3361/2024 1.

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking interim bail for a period of one month in FIR No.1193/2023, dated 08.09.2023, registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar for offences under Sections 306/34 IPC, on the ground that the Petitioner is suffering from Tuberculosis. 2.

Material on record discloses that the Petitioner was released on interim bail for a period of one month by the Trial Court vide Order dated 06.08.2024. Material on record further reveals that the Petitioner was undergoing treatment as an outpatient in the Government Hospital and his treatment can be continued from jail hospital. 3.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner suffers from Tuberculosis, this Court directs that proper diet and adequate treatment be provided to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner and if necessary the Petitioner be kept in Jail Hospital, if required. 4.
