The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 read with Section 528 BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 127/2025, under Section 376, 354,420, 506, 509,120B & 34 IPC registered at PS-Saket, District South Delhi.

The case of the prosecution has been captured by this Court in the order dated 29.08.2025.

Mr. Vibhuti Sushant Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted protection by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2025 subject to his joining investigation as and when required by the IO concerned. He submits that the petitioner had joined investigation as and when he was called by the IO. chargesheet has been filed without his arrest. 4.

Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP appearing on behalf of State on being queried by the Court, on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court, affirms the factum of charghsheet having been filed without petitioner's arrest. He further submits that the petitioner is not required for any custodial interrogation 5.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO concerned, further subject to the following conditions: i. Petitioner shall join further investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.

ii. Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 6.

It is clarified that the observations made herein above are only for the limited purpose of deciding the present bail application and the same shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 7.

The petition stands disposed of.
