The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings and prosecute the respondent/Contemnor for committing contempt of the Order of Ld. Appellate Tribunal, MCD, Tis Hazari, Delhi Court dated 19.04.2024 passed in Appeal No.272/2024 titled as "Prabhash Chand and Chanderkanta Vs MCD& Ors. Pending before Ld.Appellate Tribunal, MCD, TisHazari, Delhi ; (b) Pass an appropriate order and directions to the Respondent/Contemnor as per law.

(c)Pass any such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondent." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take steps in accordance with law. 4.
