The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 160/2020 of Police Station Govind Puri, South East District for offence under Section 302/342/34 IPC.

1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 18.09.2024 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first effective hearing before me. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court since circumstances now have changed. 3.

As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
