Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 0258/2025 registered under Sections 318(1)/351(3)/3(5) BNS at P.S. Najafgarh on the ground that all the offences under which the FIR has been registered, are non-cognizable offences.

Learned Prosecutor for the State concedes that the FIR has been registered under non-cognizable offences.

The FIR is registered under Sections 318(1)/351(3) BNS, both of which are non-cognizable offence as per the Schedule annexed to B.N.S.S. 4.

In these circumstances, the FIR No. 0258/2025 registered under Sections 318(1)/35(3)/3(5) BNS at P.S.
