After making submissions, Mr. Kunal Rawat, counsel for the Applicant, states that he would like to withdraw the present application with a liberty to re-apply at a later stage, once the statement of the Complainant is recorded.

The investigation in the subject FIR is complete, the chargesheet has been filed and the matter is now listed for arguments on the point of charge. 3.

Counsel for the Applicant undertakes that the Applicant will not seek any adjournment for addressing arguments on the point of charge. 4.

In light of the above, the Trial Court is requested to record the statement of the Complainant expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today.
