1.2 A hard copy of the same has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record.

In terms of the aforesaid status report, it is stated that the property has been inspected on 30th January, 2026 and the commercial activity has been stopped. It is further stated that misuse charges have been levied by the Department on the respondent no.8, which have been duly paid. 3.

Counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with the action taken by the respondents.

In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier shall remain protected.
