This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking a limited direction to Respondent No.1/NTA to rectify and correct the name of the Petitioner from 'Amit Kamar' to 'Amit Kumar' in its record, portal and relevant certificates including UGC-NET e-Certificate and JRF award letter. 2.

Mr. Sanjay Khanna, learned Standing Counsel for NTA submits that necessary document 'duplicate JRF award letter' dated 17.11.2025 has been issued and dispatched to the Petitioner and the name has been corrected to 'Amit Kumar'.

Copy of the letter is handed over in Court and taken on record. Copy of the letter dated 17.11.2025 shall be furnished to counsel for Petitioner on or before 21.11.2025.
