The present petition for transfer of case CR No.978/2020 titled State Vs. Jitender Singh has been instituted pursuant to the order passed by Registrar General of this Court dated 26th August, 2025 in light of request letter dated 22nd August, 2025 sent by the Principal District and Sessions Judge (Officiating), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, which is accompanied by the judicial file of the above captioned case and also the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge (Officiating), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi; the order passed by learned ACJM South-West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi as also the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court)-01, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi.

Nanakpura, is transferred to the court of JMFC at Patiala House Courts having jurisdiction to adjudicate the present case. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
